Jim Zupkus: Service Department Project Manager and Owner
I am an 01' service electrician, and our companies master license holder. I have been doing residential and commercial service work my whole life (30 years actively in this trade). I became a Project Manager at a large company here in Spokane about 15 years ago and got burned out on how fast paced and uncaring the trade has become. I wanted to make a change for the better. Not only do I do all the quoting, scheduling, and day to day business, I am also out there crawling around in the attics and taking on the nasty jobs that I would rather my employees not do in order for them to stay happy. I want to let them know that I am right there by their side. I am big on the statement- “I wouldn’t ask you to do something I wouldn’t do.”
